No 3: Tips App

This is the first surface of Tips App, giving users tips on how to use iOS 8 on a weekly basis. There are directions on using quick notification responses, sending voice messages, using notifications for Mail response, activating Siri hands-free, etc.
Note that the Tips App will be a default iOS App, end users can’t uninstall it after you installed iOS 8 Beta 4.

So far, the iOS 8 is only available to registered developers. When will it be available to public? Rumors said that at this fall after several iterations, it will be available to public. Based on Apple’s convention, new iOS is likely to be released alongside new iPhone. So the big chance is that the time when iPhone 6 launches is the time iOS 8 becomes public.

iOS 7.1.2 Update – Fixed iBeacon Connectivity and Fixed Bugs & Compatible with PanGu Jailbreak

iOS 7.1.2 is compatible with PanGu jailbreak
iOS 7.1.2 Update

Though iOS 8 Beta has come out for a period of time, iOS 7.1 still improved its better update. On July 1st, Apple pushed the new over-the-air update – iOS 7.1.2 to users. Reports said that the latest version has improved the iBeacon connectivity and fixed a series of bugs like data transfer for certain 3rd party accessories issues, enhanced major mail attachment privacy, etc.

We know, iOS 7.1.1 update came 2 months ago, improved Touch ID & Fixed keyboard issues. We don’t yet know how many updates will be there before official iOS 8 comes out. As for jailbreak, geeks care about whether the new iOS can be jailbroken.

However, the good news is that PanGu 1.A is compatible with iOS 7.1.2 well. So you are safe to update to Ios 7.1.2 if you want to keep your iPhone jailbroken. Since the launch of PanGu jailbreak at last week, most probably, many users have updated to iOS 7.1.1 and jailbroken their devices. The iOS 7.1.2 update software is just 32,3MB, if you have jailbroken your iOS 7.1.1 device, you’re highly suggested to update DFU through iTunes and avoid the OTA update.

Below is the changelog for iOS 7.1.2:
